Well-being encompasses at least six dimensions. Therefore, it is important to look at all aspects of your life to create action plans and goals to ensure that all areas of your personal and professional life are fulfilled and balanced. You will learn about the six-dimensions of well-being (and lawyer well-being). We will begin with you completing a Wheel of Life exercise so that you can see what areas of your life need improvement and balance. I will help you develop an action plan.
